Tuesday afternoon - ADC Pay debate

After a standing ovation for our first guest speaker, John McDonnell, the shadow chancellor, we start the pay debate. 

A283 calls for pay talks, a strike ballot and consultations with members before we take action. 

A3 calls for the ballot to be supported by members meetings, social media campaign, etc.
