This blog has been set up as a forum for members in the branch where we can all discuss issues freely without the constraints of the EMP.
This doesn't mean that anybody can write anything.
Offensive comments are, of course, unacceptable from members, non-members or anybody else.
Members of the branch of all grades and viewpoints will have access to this blog so please bear this in mind.
