We have a branch presence at the march against the Trade Union Bill outside the Conservative Party conference in Manchester. The shameless attempt to stifle any opposition must be fraught with all the tools at our disposal.

Everybody's Reading Festival

The Leicester literary festival is sponsored by trade unions among others. Today's event is sponsored by Leicester & District Trades Union Council. It features Riaz Khan who is talking about his upcoming book Fifty Shades of Casual. It is chaired by our own Tony Church.
