If we are to fight off the attacks on members pay & conditions we need a strong union.
This means two things to me.
The first is that we have active, campaigning leadership at all levels.
The second is that we have as high a proportion of members as possible.
As an organisation we have recruited like crazy over the recent past & branch officials have not always been able to keep up.
Why not ask your colleagues if they are members and ask them to join up?
The slogan, Unity is Strength, may be old but it is still true.
