I went to a meeting with the regional managers of BFD & CCD on Friday.
Unfortunately there were very few answers to our questions.
Wellington Street will start off as a contact centre answering benefit queries but after a couple of years this may change.
Benefit processing will be centralised but we don't know where.
We know that Wellington Street will be fully a contact centre by October next year but we don't know what will move when, although it won't be a big bang.
Hopefully we will have a better idea of the plans in the new year.
