PCS have called further consultation meetings about the change.
Management nationally have refused to allow us time & a venue to hold these meetings.
We will find a way to consult the members affected.
Someone is listening to the concerns of staff, but it doesn't appear to be national management.

Darra Singh says it wants us to E-mail with our concerns. Since obstacles are being put in the way of members discussing a very important change to their jobs, perhaps we should all take a couple of minutes to let the new CE what we think?
ReplyDeleteI hope members take on board the concern their manager has for them. Of course, car parks are dangerous places, so perhaps it was just to discharge her duty of care.
