This motion was overwhelmingly carried and confirmed that we will move forward with the Employee Deal as the basis for negotiations but will try to improve the implementation and improve some of the terms. The subsequent motions supported this approach.
There followed uncontentious motions seeking to improve pay and conditions. Unfortunately there was not time to hear our motion on basic skills (A59).
