Leicestershire & Northamptonshire WSD Update

It looks like managements commitment to retaining screened areas in Leicester was not as great as I had hoped and it seems there may well be plans for some CSM work to be carried out at band B level.

I'll try and get some more details and see exactly what is going on and when.
