Motion A30

This motion enables the NEC to start merger talks with Unite. Any merger would have to be agreed by a conference & then endorsed by a membership ballot.

There was a card vote.

This means that each branch has a vote equal to the number of members that it has. These will be totalled & the result announced shortly.
